We were introduced to this dish by a salted egg yolk fan who promised us satisfaction and plate-licking goodness on a particularly sunny Saturday afternoon. And boy, it was love at first sight. Each strand of pasta glistens with the goodness of a hearty salted egg yolk sauce with just the right amount of spice and flavour.

Fluffy, fresh and fabulously crisp, the soft shell crab is a delightful complement to the dish and the mushrooms embodied the sauce perfectly.
