We know the solution to a better health is solely based on how we cope with the environment itself such as start wearing mask and going outdoors lesser. By playing the blame game does not make any better too, as for now here are few ways to survive these days while hoping that the rain would clear things better.

Drink water, Yes at least two liter a day.
