Year-End Competition

• This competition is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 years or over.
• The validity of the voucher is from 18th December 2014 to 18th May 2015. (6 months)
• To enter the competition entrants must enter their details.
• To enter the competition on Facebook entrants must "like" the ShopCoupons page and enter their details within the competition app.
• Contact details and date submitted as part of your competition entry will be used to send our newsletter, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to contact the entrant in the event that they are selected as a winner.
• This competition starts at 8.00am on 20th December 2014 in Malaysia.
• Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 30th December 2014 in Malaysia.
• Entrants can enter the competition once within the App hosted on Facebook.
• Only entries received before the specified closing date and time will be submitted into the competition. ShopCoupons.my accepts no responsibility for lateness, loss or misdirection of entries.
• There is no cash alternative to a prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing a prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
• It is a requirement of the competition that the entrant has access to the Internet to submit their entry.
• Anonymous entries to the competition will not be accepted.
• The prize for the competition consists of three RM100 Lazada Vouchers, for three different winners.
• The promoter of the competition is: SocialSavers PLT, A-20-17, The Scott Garden SOHO, 2-68 Kompleks Rimbun Scott, 289 Jalan Kelang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur.
• The winner will be selected at random and notified on 31st of December.
• If the prize winner is unable to respond within 7 days from receipt of first correspondence announcing their win, the prize will be forfeited. A new prize winner will then be selected randomly from remaining entries.
• The winner of the gift voucher will be published within 15 days of the competition’s closing date at: http://shopcoupons.my/year-end-competition/.
• The entrant must be a fan of ShopCoupons.my when the competition is closed for their entry to be counted on Facebook.
• Employees (and their relatives) of SocialSavers.PLT (and its group companies) are excluded from entry.
• SocialSavers.PLT reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or modify or cancel the competition at any time.

• By entering this competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
• This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by The law of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia and shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this competition.
